I have a big flare up around my mouth, nose and eyes, my skin is very red, swollen, itchy and stingy worse than ever before and I cant even see my gp
JA: How long have you had the swelling? Have you used any medication for it?
Customer: I think the flare up started towards the end of lockdown.. but it has never gone away. I think using steroids has made it worse
JA: Got it. Have you used anything besides the steroid for this?
Customer: I went to a and e earlier in the week and they gave me antibiotics (Flucloxiclin (?)) they advised me to use just an emollient so I am using a white emollient cream
JA: Thank you so much for your time. Finally, is there anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
Customer: to moisturise
