Hello, I seem to have a really bad case of dandruff, the skin on my head is flaking off but in large flakes and there is blood skin
JA: When did dandruff first appear? Have you used any medication for this?
Customer: a couple of years ago several different types that don't seem to work Nizoral mostly
JA: Got it. Have you seen a dermatologist about dandruff?
Customer: no

itchy and sometime pains, I used Nizoral skin stuff had little effect though

You may have scalp dermatitis.

You should see your GP and get some betnovate scalp application which should help
