Feel pressure on my cheeks

I don't have a registered gp as I have moved house recently
Expert:  Dr.Saleem replied 16 days ago.

You could be developing sinusitis.

Which nasal spray have you used?

Customer: replied 16 days ago.
Nasonex. It is from a spray from Finland
Expert:  Dr.Saleem replied 16 days ago.

That's fine. It's a steroid spray. You need to use nasal decongestant as well. You may use oral sudafed 60 mg once or twice daily. Inhale steam every 6 hours and continue taking Paracetamol. This can take a couple of weeks to settle completely. Antibiotics are not required in most cases. See a doctor if you get high grade fevers or breathing difficulty.

I have tried to see a doctor as I'm not getting any better but no luck as it takes 3 days to register as a new patient.
Thank you for your advice anyway.
