hi I banged my left knee on Monday.there is swelling and has gone slightly red. I am struggling walking. ive been advised to contacct you and maybe able to get an x ray.
JA: Have you used any medication for the swelling?
Customer: voltarol and ibrufafen doesnt seem to be helping
JA: Got it. Have you seen a doctor about the swelling?
Customer: not been able to get an appointment at my surgery, they said you may be able to get an appointment at Whitegate Medical centre today

You should either attend an Urgent Treatment Centre or Accident and Emergency.
