It’s not painful or itchy and I’ve been putting hydrocortisone on it which helps and then it always comes backI’m worried as I think it looks like little herpes spots? I’m not sure

This rash is not herpes related.

This is likely fungal infection.

You should try clotrimazole cream twice daily for 10 days.

This is available over the counter.

Yes it can be related as thrush is also a fungal infection.
