fungal infection, folliculitis or herpes? No itching but I have had pain in my thighs and the bumps and red patches are worrying me and I need another opinion
Hi.Welcome to just answer.I am caring doc.I can help you today.
This doesn't look like herpes or folliculitis. It can be a fungal infection.
You should try over the counter antifungal cream for a week to see if it helps.
Not a typical presentation of herpes though!

Will the same cream used for thrush help it? Or should I go to my GP and get a prescription for something else?(I’ve been using hydrocortisone on it and that does seem to help temporarily but it just comes back again)
it is the clotrimazole cream..
