This looks like an allergic rash/dermatitis. You need to use topical hydrocortisone cream 1 percent twice daily for 2 weeks. You can apply E 45 cream in between if it gets dry and itchy. See a doctor if the lesions continue to expand or if you see any generalised rash with fever.
