viral rash can last 9 weeks.
it doesn't look dangerous.
it could be mild scar tissue from viral infection or chicken pox.
those don't look dangerous.
can be residual pigmentation from prior pimples.
they will take time to go away
you can try some coconut oil on them
but I would not worry
