JA: How long have you had the nausea? Have you used any medication for it?
Customer: for a while I’ve had tests and the said I have IBS and diverticulitis
JA: Got it. Have you seen a doctor about the nausea?
Customer: a year ago I had tests

Usually course of antibiotics is recommended to control acute infection.
