Since around June my sneezes have had an unpleasant odour, its is a sour/musty smell and the smell lingers on clothes, is there anything that can be done and is this something to be concerned about?

Hi there,
I am an experienced Medical Specialist.
I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.

Odorous sneezing suggests sinus infection.

Bacterial colonization can cause such smell commonly.

You should be on a course of oral antibiotic like Doxycycline 100 mg twice daily for 10 days.

Anti histamine Cetrizine 10 mg daily should be taken as well to control any seasonal allergies.
