Hello week ago I done pregnansy test and it showed positive but all week I am bleeding, before I seen blood signs on the toilet paper,and few drops in my pants, but today i seen something in my urine

If you have vaginal bleeding, this could be possible signs of threatened miscarriage . This means that a miscarriage might or might not happen.

If you attend hospital, you can have HCG blood tests done to check if the pregnancy is viable.

Unless you're over 6 weeks, then you might be booked for a scan
