Usually thyroid medication is long term and not stopped
I'll recommend checking the thyroid again as if you had the problem previously, its likely its the same problem again
Do you think you have anxiety.
Without actual copies of the blood result, I cannot exclude thyroid based on what your Dr said.
Your GP can try you on propranolol for anxiety to see if that helps
ok, iron tabs and ECG wont help with anxiety
I'll advise you should suggest trial of propranolol to the GP and see if this helps
Alongside this, might be worth considering anxiety management such as CBT
