Hi there,
I am an experienced Medical Specialist.
I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.
This may not be migraine since you also have vision loss.

Can be a stroke in the brain --migraine history does increase that risk.

Can be aneurysm or brain tumor as well given you prior lymphoma history.

You will need to go to the hospital for further evaluation.
