Hi, my skin gets very red and inflamed in the warmth, generally the evenings, and I was wondering what I could do to stop this

Hello. I'm The Good Dr., licensed and practicing physician. Excellent service is my goal.

I'm very sorry about this.

How old are you?
do you take any meds?

Customer: replied 12 days ago.
I’m 16 years old and not on any medication. I’ve been trying skincare for the past year and have had these issues with redness particularly in the past few months

It sounds like rosacea

have you seen a dermatologist?

Customer: replied 12 days ago.
No I haven’t had the chance to see one in person due to restrictions but I’ve been suggested that it could be acne scarring although I’ve never really had severe acne. I can send you a picture if you’d like?

It can vary depending on the time and day

Yes definitely appars to be rosacea

Customer: replied 12 days ago.
how would you suggest I treat it?

I would see your doctor or dermatologist for finacea gel

Customer: replied 12 days ago.
Okay thank you, ***** ***** any ways to prevent it flaring up until I’m able to get to the doctor?

Try to avoid wind and sun and cold mainly
