But if she develops any of the symptoms which I am going to describe below then she might require medical attention please -
1. Increasing redness which is spreading and later on turning into dark blue.
2. Extreme pain and tenderness in the region.
3. High grade fever.
4. Decreased range of movements around the nearest joint.
5. Spontaneous bruising anywhere else in the body.
If this is the case then she will required medical attention for evaluation of factor VII deficiency which can start at any point in life.
