Customer: nearly 3 weeks now no damage before

I am sorry to hear about your symptoms,

Given that it has already been 3 weeks, I am not sure that we can do much without a physical consultation, the fact that this is still a problem suggests meniscal or ligament or cartilage injury

Early evaluation with your GP and a referral to an orthopedician with X-ray and MRI as needed are how we need to proceed now,
