JA: When did you start using this medication? How severe were any side effects?
Customer: she does not have medication this is the problem
JA: Got it. Have you seen a doctor about this?
Customer: She has seen a doctor but she is in Ukraine
JA: Thank you so much for your time. Finally, is there anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
Customer: No she has never had heart failure nor stroke, she does have a weak heart

Hi there,
I am an experienced Medical Specialist.
I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.
Weak heart can cause circulation problem to the legs causing coldness.

Raynaud phenomenon is another possibility due to blood vessel constriction from cold exposure.

Thick warm socks and avoidance of cold exposure are first line recommendations.

She should also consider walking and keeping her feet moving more to keep circulation going.

Natural supplement Ginkgo biloba may help with circulation.

Prescription medication Nifedipine can be used to help with the symptoms.
