JA: The Expert's answer will cost $10 to $100, depending on the issue type and time to respond. You'll see the exact amount on the next page and can decide then. It's way less expensive and more convenient than any face-to-face visit.

Hi there,
I am an experienced Medical Specialist.
I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.
What is you question?

How long you have symptoms?

What have you tried so far?

Customer: replied 12 days ago.
I have chronic ulcers up my nose for at least 6 months, I have had antibiotic and moisturising creams, they come back and are very sore. Then about 4 months ago my ears started , always very painful and raw inside with clear discharge, I had oral antibiotics one time and some steroid / antibiotic ear drops but it keeps recurring. My eyelids now keep randomly swelling , last time being a couple of days ago.

Ok most likely this may not be infection alone.

You may have an autoimmune condition affecting the cartilages called polychondritis.

Another possibility can be basal cell cancer of the skin.

You will need to see a dermatologist for biopsy of the sores and determine the right diagnosis.

Thanks I did think about cancer but the ulcers appear in different places in the nose and different nostrils
