Well it look like synovial cyst of temporo mandibular joint( TMJ). Its not dangerous. But before its start hurting you its better to see  your doctor preferably a maxillofacial doctor. It can be treated with intracyst injection and by surgical removal.

i read on Google that a lymphnode is located there and that is serious isn't it

Yes you are right pre auricular lymph node also a possibility but there must be infection in the drainage area of lymph node. Any infection in eye, same side of head and cheeks can enlarge a lymph node there. But there are no such complaints. So i did not mention it as a possibility.
