My legs feel a bit warm too and achy

You have mottling of skin.

This occurs when the blood circulation is affected or if you are severely dehydrated.

But it can also be due to cold environment.

Customer: replied 12 days ago.
What can i do?

Drink enough fluids.

Keep the environment warm.

Warm your legs by wearing pants

If it persists, get a Doppler scan done

When should i seek medical help? Should I wait a day or 2 see if it goes away? Thanks

If there is pain, swelling or it persists in spite of following the above advice you can seek medical help.

You can wait for a day or two.
