Ask a Doctor and Get an Answer to Your Medical Question ASAP
Hi! I am Dr Saleem. Welcome to JA.
Thank you for the question. I will be answering your query shortly.
I understand your concern.
Is the freckle changing shape or color?
Has it grown over this time?
Can you please share a picture of that?
Thank you for sharing the picture.
This looks a fairly symmetrical pigmented lesion with a single shade of color and regular borders. It could be a seborrhoeic keratosis but hard to say exactly without a physical examination. It's a benign lesion and you don't have to be worried about it.
I would recommend against using any face creams that lighten the pigment like Hydroquinone. You can get it surgically removed or get laser treatment if it really bothers you. You may discuss these options with a dermatologist and let them know what suits you.
My pleasure :) Hope you stay well.
