Customer: For a few days and it doesn’t Matter if I’m laying down or walking it can hurt at any time

You may be dehydrated and have magnesium deficiency.

Please start magnesium supplement 400 mg daily, rink plenty of fluids.

You can take over the counter ibuprofen 600 mg 3 times daily as needed for pain relief.
