Your symptoms are suggestive of chronic infection or autoimmune disease which are causing pain at the top of the lung/chest and various joints.

You need x-rays of the chest, painful joints, lung/pulmonary function tests and blood work for the autoimmune panel (RA factor and ANA).

Meanwhile, the following would help you;

1) Heating pad.

2) Plenty of fluids

3) Probiotics

4) Local Lidocaine skin patch

5) Analgesic spray.

6) Deep breathing exercises.

I wish your symptoms resolve soon.

I would be happy to assist you further if you need any more information.
