Sorry! My question was about tiny red freckles on my skin. My doctor saw them in December and wasn’t concerned, did a blood test and all was fine.
I just seem to have a lot and was hoping for an answer as to what they were? They’re flat and don’t cause irritation! I have very freckly skin as it is, and have noticed some similar on my partner, but I just seem to have a lot! they’re very small though! Thank you

My doctor said he thought they were cherry angiomas

they are very small and not that many

do you have bad anxiety symptoms?

they may be benign cherry angiomas.

I have really bad anxiety- high functioning and also health anxiety

They’re so small, only 3 are visible really, and the rest I’ve noticed are so so small, but they’re is a few of them especially on my torso

Could they be due to anxiety? I do get physical symptoms that I have tablets for

I am having CBT, but it’s been delayed for months due to waiting lists/covid. Thank you very much, I appreciate your time

you may need more than CBT

there are medications like sertraline, fluoxetine, paroxetine which can help decrease anxiety symptoms.

medications like diazepam, clonazepam can help decrease anxiety

hydroxyzine, and propranolol can help as well

medical marijuana can help decrease anxiety symptoms

regular exercise and yoga can help decrease anxiety symptoms

EMDR Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy can help decrease anxiety symptoms

talking with a psychotherapist regularly like through teletherapy can help decrease your anxiety symptoms
