I still can't straighten my index, is that normal?

How long ago did you have the repair please?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
I wasn't told to do so but do it need to try

Surgery at 20th April

Okay thanks. So with a tendon repair, in some cases it can take up to 6 months for full recovery in regards ***** ***** Typically most symptoms have improved by 3 months, especially the strength, but the function can take longer.

Hand therapy is what will make this as fast as possible.

Do i need to give it little pressure to force it straighten?

That is best answered by a physiotherapist, as you do not want to force something if contracted, regular stretching is key.
