How may I help you, please?

I am writing you an initial answer. You may ask follow-up questions.

I am sorry for your symptoms.

The following would help you;

1) Combination of Paracetamol and Ibuprofen every 8 hours.

2) Swish or gargle with Benzocaine or Lidocaine gel.

3) Application of Clove oil on the painful tooth.

4) Ice compresses on the swollen area.

You may need a course of antibiotic from your GP.

I wish your symptoms resolve soon.

I would be happy to assist you further if you need any more information.
