Hi there, I fell down some stairs last night whilst very intoxicated. I don’t remember it happening but my friends told me I was talking normally. I woke up this morning feeling fine but as the day has got on I feel worse.
JA: Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
Customer: No and paracetamol
JA: Is there anything else the Doctor should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you.
Customer: I chipped my tooth badly on the impact.
JA: Have you noticed any swelling in the gums? When was your last visit to the dentist?
Customer: about a year ago but my gums are fine

How much you had to drink? ANy vomiting, dizziness, vision problems?

Since when you have this slurring of words?

Customer: replied 19 days ago.
Not that much water - no none of the other symptoms you mentioned. Today I have been slightly sluring my words

What did you take last night?

Is it common for you to be slurry?

Customer: replied 19 days ago.
MDMA, ketamine and alcohol
Customer: replied 19 days ago.
Sometimes I’ve been told I’m slurry
Customer: replied 19 days ago.

I believe your symptoms are secondary to what you have taken. And this slurriness you already had, so I think there is nothing concerning at the moment.

But I would still advise you to visit hospital and get head scan done.

Customer: replied 19 days ago.
I did hit my head very hard apparently I have a big bruise above my eye brow and the top of my nose

Yes, that is why I am advising you to get head scan.

Customer: replied 19 days ago.
