Respected customer, thanks a lot for your input, and thanks again for visiting justanswer.com! A great place where you can find guidance and/or solution from real experts. I am sorry to hear about your problem. I am going to address your primary concern but later you can ask anything you want. Even I would get tense in this situation. These can be blood blisters, infected cysts, or infected salivary gland duct openings. You should see your doctor about this but they have nothing to do with cancer. Cancer never looks like this in this area and never starts with multiple spots. So cancer is out of the question. I am an ENT and head & neck cancer surgeon and I promise you for this.
