My son has a rash on his cheeks, I have carried out a tumbler test and it disappears when pressure is applied. So I thought it could be slapped cheek, but it is now spreading to his eyelids and under his chin. Is this cause for concern?
JA: How long have you been dealing with this? Is your eyelid swollen at all?
Customer: Eyelids not swollen, but has been suffering with sty type lumps for a week or 2. Rash started just under a week ago

These are due to severe atopic dermatitis.

Due to his history of psoriasis, he is at risk for atopic dermatitis.

Topical steroid ointment is recommended.

He can start with Hydrocortisone ointment twice daily for 10 days.
