But if you have no bites, fleas or bed bugs are unlikely. Bed bugs are usually larger bites and fleas cause lots of multiple bites. To me, these appear like a mosquito bite.
You should check your bed for bed bugs Look between the mattress and box spring and under the box spring. Do you have a pet? Treat your pet monthly for fleas of course.

No, I said to inspect your bed for bed bugs. And to be sure you are treating any pets monthly for fleas. (With preventative ) That should be done regardless of the bites.
