When did she open her bowels last? and was it hard stool ?
when was the last time she opened her bowels
So it may be mild constipation.... any vomiting?
If your baby seems constipated, consider simple dietary changes: Water or fruit juice. Offer your baby a small amount of water or a daily serving of 100 percent apple, prune or pear juice in addition to usual feedings. These juices contain sorbitol, a sweetener that acts like a laxative.
If symptoms still persist then try to see your GP who may be able to give her some laxatives.
Also speak to your health visitor who can advise on types of feed that can help her.
I would try small amounts first like 10ml and then slowly increase as needed depending on how she opens her bowels
