Lichen sclerosis is another possibility.
Eczema and contact dermatitis are next.
You need to see a gynecologist for confirmation.
You need to use topical steroid ointment --prescription Clobetasol propionate ointment 0.05% twice daily for 3-4 weeks will be better.
But needs prescription from your doctor.
Over the counter Hydrocortisone 1% ointment can be tried meanwhile 3 times daily for 10 days.
Please use Petrolatum jelly twice daily to prevent dryness.
Likely Lichen sclerosis but needs confirmation by skin biopsy.
