I have a question about the covid vaccine. I've just had my

Customer Question

Hi! I have a question about the covid vaccine. I've just had my second jab. I read some medical journals that state in a biodistribution study, some was found in the brain - I'm wondering if in this 2 week period just following receiving my vaccination, should I avoid exercise to prevent increased blood flow to the brain?
JA: Are you in any pain? How regular are your periods?
Customer: This isn't a question about periods
JA: Is there anything else the Doctor should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you.
Customer: No that's all thank you

Exercise may worsen side effects such as fatigue.

You can avoid heavy exercise for 2 weeks following vaccination.

Let me know if you have any further queries so we can discuss it thoroughly in every aspect.

It’s my pleasure to continue this conversation until you satisfy.

Waiting for your response.

Hi, I'm not concerned about fatigue. I'm concerned about increasing blood flow to my brain through exercise, and whether this increases the chances of the vaccine components and spike proteins to go into my brain.

It wouldn't cause such changes adversely.
