sounds like you have compression of one of the nerve possible the ulnar nerve that comes via the elbow to the pinky finger

You should try physiotherapy or acupuncture

Also do some blood tests to exclude a problem like diabetes that can affect the nerves and cause numbness

Generally, this cases needs to be examined in person to have a better idea

Indeed as you need further tests, and an examination to see if its ulnar nerve being compressed, or a condition like diabetes
