I haven’t been prescribed anything only pain medication 2 weeks so when pain began spots only started yesterday.

From my elbow up my arm and over onto my left shoulder. From my armpit and down to underside of my left breast . The pain has been almost constant.

Your GP can prescribe you Acyclovir cream and oral antiviral which can help an early resolution. For the pain you may take Ibuprofen and apply Lidocaine cream. Both of these are available without a prescription.
