No worries

Are you able to bend your knee and walk on it? And is it swollen?

Expert:  Dr Baker replied 13 days ago.

Cracking can mean movement of air within the joint. If however there is swelling or you are having difficulty walking on it then I would get someone to examine you.

I’ve applied ice on it
And had iboprufen too
Now if I’ve put on a knee pad and feel to squat with no problem even on one leg but I’m scared if I run I will have the same problem that I used to have when before the surgery in 2018
Expert:  Dr Baker replied 13 days ago.

Just take it easy for a few days. And then try a gentle run then

Customer: replied 13 days ago.
Ok thanks so much appreciate it
