Customer: replied 15 days ago.
But this was about a month ago

Your age and gender?

Customer: replied 15 days ago.

Is there any lump in the neck or the other arm pit or any of the breast?

Customer: replied 15 days ago.
No other lump

Any fever ? Wt loss ? Cough ? Sputum?

Customer: replied 15 days ago.
Nope

Is there any change in the size of these 4,5 months ?

Customer: replied 15 days ago.
It’s gone slight smaller and I can’t feel it as much

I would not worry about it to be honest..and just keep monitoring it..

Customer: replied 15 days ago.
Well that’s why I’m heat because I am worried about it !

Which side is it ?

Customer: replied 15 days ago.
Left

Is it your ultrasound?

Customer: replied 15 days ago.
My ultrasound ?

Did u have an ultrasound of your axilla?

Customer: replied 15 days ago.
No

Can you please get one done? Rather both sides...if it is of a significant size will see if need a fine needle aspiration cytology of it..or biopsy..That will clear any doubts

Customer: replied 15 days ago.
Isit normal for a lymph node to take months to come back down
Customer: replied 15 days ago.
I was told it could have been after my vaccine

It might take a few months...Not sure if its because of the vaccine...You have both options here...Either go for the test as I said or keep monitoring it for another 1,2 months. If it doesn't reduce in size or increases again then get this needle test or biopsy done..

But better to have an ultra sound first

To summarise:

1. Get an ultra sound

2. Get an FNAC

Will take it from there

You need to get your breasts examined too at the breast clinic

Anything else you need to ask ?

Customer: replied 15 days ago.
Soo it’s gone from nothing to worry about to get a biopsy

That's a safe way forward keeping in view your anxiety.

Customer: replied 15 days ago.
I wouldn’t be able to get this on the nhs

Why ?

Customer: replied 15 days ago.
I went to breast clinc and they wouldn’t do it

U didn't tell me that earlier..

What did they say ?

Customer: replied 15 days ago.
Sorry I did say I seen a doctor, they just checked me over and said possible swollen from vaccine and nothing to worry about but I’m worried as it’s still there if that makes sense

I have left all the options with you..

U can wait..And keep assessing it..and investigate later

Or u can go through the more aggressive way and start with the investigations..

Customer: replied 15 days ago.
What would you do

Option 1..

Customer: replied 15 days ago.
Ok thanks

Best Wishes.  I understand your anxiety.  If you have any further queries or need to follow up, I'm available.
