Hi, I understand that you shouldn't do physical activity when you've recently suffered a black eye. How long should you not exercise?
JA: When was the last time you had your eyes checked? In general, how has your vision been lately?
Customer: I wear contacts so have regular check ups, my last one was around 7 months ago. I can see fine
JA: Is there anything else the Doctor should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you.
Customer: Nope

at least 10 days you should avoid exercise to let it recover.

Customer: replied 14 days ago.
