Due to norlestin effect, you may get lighter bleeding commonly.
This is not anything serious.
Next month onwards, you should get normal period.
Norlestin lowers estrogen level temporarily --so uterus lining not thick enough to cause normal flow.

You can start iron supplement daily --good for your health
Iron supplement only.
Also you should be checked for thalassemia trait which can cause smaller RBC size and mild anemia which does not need treatment.
