Hello ?
Expert:  Caring doc replied 22 days ago.
Respected customer, I suspect these can be symptoms of acid Reflux or GERD.The other possibility is Costochondritis. Costochondritis usually goes away on its own, although it might last for several weeks or longer. Treatment focuses on pain relief.
I would recommend to try tablet Famotidine 20mg once a day 30 minutes before dinner. Also take tums after each meals. Also take tablet tylenol as needed for pain.
If the symptoms persist, you should make an appointment with your physician and get an evaluation.
I hope it helps.
