Is there any bleeding or pus coming out or do you have any fever, vomiting, dizziness or other symptoms?

It’s a little weepy, very sore

You could first try Fusidic acid cream as this is an antiseptic cream and can work. If this doesn't improve your wound at all, you could then try oral flucloxacillin antibiotic which is good for skin infections. This is provided you are not allergic to these medications.

You need to keep the wound clean and dry.
