Very mild inflammation due to food or acid reflux may cause this redness.

Nothing worrisome/sinister.

I have found white spots on my tonsils and I have also got a cold sore at the moment which I only noticed today. I also have one lymph node inflamed, sore throat, redness and feeling achey,
