my hearbeat rate has been between 150 - 160 all day. I have no history of heart problems i HAVE NO CHEST PAIN BUT DO FEEL A BIT TIGHT IN THE CHEST AND JAW. mY BLOODPRESSURE IS FINE.

Normal heart rate varies.

It is usually from 60-100/ min.
There can be a few causes for increased heart rate.
Anxiety or stress can cause it.
Caffeine, alcohol, drugs etc. can increase the rate.
Sometimes, heart issues, arrhythmia, ischemia can cause it.
As you are having chest tightness & the rate is so high, I would advise to take an examination in urgent care or ER.
An EKG, echo, blood work can be taken.
