Hi, I have a chest infection. O have been bringing up brown phlegm. Now its a bit paler but frothy. My temp is 36.2c . LFTnegative 2 days ago.
JA: How long have you been dealing with the issue? In general, how has your health been lately?
Customer: I've been a bit run down in myself but okay other than that.

I was wondering if I need antibiotics at all as my chest is a bit tighter than it was. Also I'm a bit wheezy when breathingvout and there's popping sounds coming from my chest

Generally speaking they aren't needed particularly with no fever present. I would suggest regular paracetamol, fluids and rest however and that it can take at least a week to clear.
