I had my covid booster on 28th October and since then I have had a cold and cough . The cough has now gone into my chest and makes me very breathless. I spoke to Asda pharmacist who advised me to see my GP. I have been trying all day to get an appointment with someone but you are my last hope.
JA: What medications do you take daily? Are you allergic to any medications?
Customer: I am on thyroxene simvastatin omeprazole and candersartin. I have been taking paracetamol and benalyn for the cold. I am allergic to pencilling erythromycin codeine and amoxycillin.
JA: Is there anything else the Doctor should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you.
Customer: I seem to have developed a stomach bug or it is just the penicillin affecting my diverticulitis.

I would recommend at the moment:

  2. Plenty of fluids
  3. Chest physiotherapy

Yes that would be helpful also

How do I go about the physio? I live on my own so no one to help me.

Do deep breathing exercises to fill lungs with fresh air that would be helpful in mucous clearance and quick recovery
