I am not sure you are still there as there is no response.

It appears fungal. I would suggest a nail clipping to confirm as some bacterial infections could cause this as well. I assume it has been like this for a long time.

Depending on the outcome of the nail samples, it is likely you would be offered a drug called Terbinafine to clear this up. It does take about 3 months to work.
