I have a 89 year old resident who has been found in floor

I have a 89 year old resident who has been found in floor twice she suffers with dementia and can not tell us if she has fallen or put her self on the floor. She has been checked over no injuries found and is not expressing any form of pain. Would just like some advice

Customer: No complaints of any pain
