Hi. I have developed a rash under my breasts and now starting to spread across my breasts. It is hot to touch. I am just in the country for a few days and wonder what is the best option to be able to get it checked out?
JA: Have you used any medication for rash?
Customer: not yet. i've just been to a pharmacy that gave me anti histamine and a tea tree oil cream for it
JA: Got it. Have you seen a doctor about rash?
Customer: No as I don't have a local GP as juts on a work trip here at the moment
JA: Thank you so much for your time. Finally, is there anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
Customer: no i can't think of anything. the rash started about 5 days ago and is definitely getting worse

Respected customer it sounds like a yeast infection/intertrigo.

I would recommend following treatment:

Try over the counter Clotrimazole cream twice a day for 2 weeks.

Apply over the counter hydrocortisone cream twice a day for a week.

Keep the area dry,wear a well fitter bra.

Avoid moisture in the area.

You can use skin protectant like Desitin cream to protect the skin.

It should help.

If the symptoms persist after a week, make an appointment with your doctor and get an evaluation.
