I have had a sore mouth and tounge for 3 weeks now , I have been cirsidel mouth wash & bongella . They releave the pain a little, butitstill persistent. I have never had this before, seem my lips are swollen as well

The sore mouth and tongue can be due to many causes like:

Geographic tongue

Oral ulcers

Viral infections

Oral thrush

Vitamin deficiencies.

Chronic diseases

If you have this problem for more than 2 weeks now, it would be better to see your physician in person and get an evaluation. If it is an infection like thrush, you will need treatment for that.
