Something keeps catching my throat for example talking .. opening my mouth .. the air.. I keep coughing due to the feeling of irritation on my throat.In the mornings I am brining up a spit of yellow phlegm which this morning had a tiny tiny few dots of blood through it but maybe due to coughing alot. But the rest of the day the phlegm is clear . This has been happening about 10 days now . No breathing issues or anything just things irritating my throat causing a cough ...

Only when coughing. And that cough is due to throat irritation by air but I don't understand how air can irritate the throat

Ok. Please use ultrachloaseptic anesthetic throat spray thrice a day and tab cetrizine once a day for a week.  Let me know in three days the response to treatment
